Who runs this service
Regenesis OS at os.regenesismaterials.com is operated by Regenesis Materials (Pangea Movement Pte. Ltd., UEN 202026459D, 20A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088443; "Regenesis", "we").
Who uses it
Regenesis staff, and external stakeholders (partners, customers and others) invited to specific projects. An invited stakeholder sees only the projects shared with them, and the Regenesis team members on those projects can see their name, email and contributions. Access ends when a project owner removes them.
Google sign-in
You sign in with Google. Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to identify you and to give you access to the projects shared with you. We also keep the content you add to a project and an audit log of what you change, so the team can see who did what.
Connected Google accounts (staff)
Regenesis staff who choose to connect their Google account let the OS read or act on their Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive data (for example showing, drafting and sending email, managing calendar events, and opening or filing documents) only to provide the OS features they use. They can disconnect at any time, and revoke access from their Google account settings.
How we handle Google user data
We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the service: Railway (application hosting and database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage) and the AI model providers some features send content to for summaries and drafts, which process it only to return a result and may store data outside Singapore under their own security and confidentiality commitments.
Regenesis OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Questions and deletion requests
To ask a question, or to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, email nick@regenesismaterials.com. We will reply within 30 days and delete your account and the personal data attached to it, except where we must keep a record by law (Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and any other law that applies to you).
